Norfolk Police and Fire Museum
A Museum of Local Heros
The Norfolk Police and Fire Museum contains artifacts that span the history of the police and fire departments of Norfolk. In side this museum you will find police weapons dating back to the War of 1812. Fire equipment dating back to the beginning of the fire department. Even the story of the members of the Norfolk United Fire Company served on the CSS Virginia during the Battle of the Ironclads.

We recommend that you visit the Norfolk History Museum, the Norfolk Police and Fire Museum, Moses Myers House, St. Pauls Church, and the MacArthur Memorial on the same day. All of these sites are located next to MacArthur Mall.
Parking is free at street parking meters on Sunday.
