Battle of Craney Island

Hoffler Creek Wildlife Preserve is the only part of the Craney Island Battlefield that is open to the general public. The only historical information is the highway marker at the entrance, but for those who want to walk on the Battlefield of the Battle of Craney Island this is an important site.
