United States Life-Saving Station

The Old Coast Guard Station is located in a 1903 Life-Saving Station. The museum's two galleries depict the history of the United States Life-Saving and Coast Guard Services and shipwrecks on the Virginia Coast. Exhibits contain rescue equipment and methods, and information on Virginia shipwrecks and the Battle of the Atlantic in World War II. The museum also contains a gallery with changing exhibits.
