I have received your letter of the 20th inst, and send herewith for your examination, a plan of the Magazine at Chelsea, which cost about fourteen thousand dollars. This plan may serve as a guide and will enable you to suggest such improvements as you may think proper. Please return it when you have done with it. If the estimates for the Magazine reached this office by the 6th October, they will be in time.
