Sir,
The dimensions of the Magazine I proposed to build at Fort Norfolk is 136 feet long, and 55 feet wide. A traced plan of it has was forwarded to the Bureau with my annual estimate, on the 1st Oct 1849. I am pleased to learn by your letter (Unofficial), this day received that you intend sending me another plan.
