Your letter of the 28th inst. is received. The Contractor can go on and deliver the Bricks yet due under his Contract upon the terms agreed upon. As regards the additional quantity required for No 14, the Bureau will decide before the Contractor completes his deliveries an your again calling its attention, at the proper time, to the subject.
