No estimate for completing the Magazine at Fort Norfolk has been made for the current or next fiscal year, be pleased to state how much will be required for that purpose.
The portico on the east side of the Commandant's house may be constructed in conformity with the plan furnished by you, charging the cost to repairs of all kinds. The plan as requested, is forwarded herewith.
