Enclosed, you will please find the copy of a letter from the Secretary of the Treasury to the Secretary of the Navy, dated the 11th instant, and referred by the latter to this Bureau.
You will be pleased to state how soon, the new Magazine will be in condition to receive the powder which is to be removed from the old one, and whether the wooden tenement referred to, can be used for the purpose stated, without inconvenience or danger.
