I have received your letter of the 25th inst.
The directions in the Bureau's letter of 6th December 1854 to sell the old magazine, at the Yard under your command having been deferred, you will now sell the building &c, at auction through the N. Agent after advertising for 10 days, the materials to be removed in twenty working days during working hours; the terms cash.
