Herewith I send you a requisition, in duplicate, For the Commandant, of the Navy Yard, Washington, for 300 lbs 4 1/2 in, 50 lbs 4 in & 70 lbs 3 in composite spikes, as per samples also enclosed.

Three hundred (300) pounds 4 1/2 inch composite spikes
Fifty (50) pounds 4 inch composite spikes
Seventy (70) pounds 3 inch composite spikes
