Sir,
Your letter of the 30 ultimo, No 315, enclosing drawing of a shed proposed to be erected on St Helena for the protection of rifle shell, has been received.
The Bureau approves the same, and you are hereby authorized to erect the shed, the cost not to exceed the amount estimated viz. $1450.00.
The requisition No 305, for material is here with return approved, and as there is a balance in the treasury available under the head of appropriation “Magazine Norfolk” of $7350.72, the Bureau has altered the requisition, the bills for material and also for labor on the shed are to be drawn from appropriation “Magazine Norfolk” and an accurate account should be kept in your office of all expenditures under that head.
