Your letter of the 26 ultimo, No 273, enclosing estimate of the Civil Engineer for repairs of the Quay Wall or Dock of the Magazine at Fort Norfolk, and foundation of the crane, is received.
The Bureau hereby authorize the work to be done, the cost not to exceed the amount estimated viz.: ($47.50) and the bills to be made payable from appropriation Ordinance.
