Sir,
Your letter of the 5 instant, No 319, relative to the repairs of the Quey at the Magazine, Fort Norfolk, has been received.
In consideration of the statement contain therein, you are hereby authorized to expand three hundred dollars ($300.00) additional on said repairs, the whole amount not to exceed the sum of nine hundred and forty seven dollars and fifty cents ($947.50) to be drawn from appropriation Ordinance.
