Sir:
The Bureau has directed the lightning rods for the Magazine at Craney Island, to be made in the Washington Navy Yard and desires that the polls may be in readiness upon their arrival in order that the cappers with who will superintend the erection may put them up without delay, the polls however are not to set until his arrival so that he may establish the intervals.
