Accounts of disbursements on the march to the General rendezvous for Captain Edward’s Company of Artillery of Virginia Militia from the 57th Regiment in the county of London called into actual service under general orders of 24th of March, 1813, from the 6th day of April, 1813 to the 17th day of April, 1813.

To certificate given Wilson C. Seldon for 2 beaves $88.00
To do. to Richard Taverner for two beaves $65
To do. William Hawking for one beef $45

To do. to Anthony Buck United States contractor Fredericksburg for 760 rations. $121.61 

Amount of certificates paid, all of which will hear after be presented for payment to the auditor of public account $481.61
To cash paid Thomas N. Benns his account for articles furnished the detachment $88.61  

To cash paid Fielding Brown his account for axes furnished the detachment $28
To amt. Lieut. Carr’s bill for articles furnished detachment and charged to Armistead T. Mason $30
To cash paid Capt. Joseph Edwards, the sum by him paid Dr. Lacey for medical services to John Perry, Sergeant. $2

Surplus provisions on hand when the detachment arrived at Richmond and sold by order of the governor. 

Balance of cash in A. T. Mason's hands due the public on this account $51.33 

The above balance was paid into the Treasury of Virginia as will appear by the following copy of the Auditor’s receipt. 

Auditors office 21st April, 1813. 

Received of Col. Armstead T. Mason the Farmer’s receipt for $51.33 on account of provisions sold by him belonging to the public.
